CID 2015

Co-organized by Adoc Talent Management, Docteo and Doc'Up with the help of many actors of the doctorate in France, the Interdisciplinary Colloquium on the Doctorate is an event which aims to bring together the scientific community to advance the reflection on the doctorate as an object of research. This meeting is intended for researchers, doctors or doctoral students themselves, but also for players in the socio-economic world who have recourse to the skills of doctors. This second edition of the CID took place on November 20, 2015 and had as its theme “The doctorate in all its states: natures and perceptions internationally”.

The objective of this day is to draw from all the research presented good practices and areas of valorization of the doctorate. Thus, the symposium will be structured around the following three thematic axes:

  1. Doctoral training: practices, experiments and contributions of doctoral students in the research system

  2. Opportunities, mobility and recognition of doctoral skills

  3. Review of 10 years of good practices for the careers of researchers in the European ESR area: what are the impacts of these systems?
