Doctors in ALL SHS: enhancing your skills outside the sector  academic

Context and objective

Currently a young doctoral researcher in the humanities and social sciences or arts, letters and languages, you are at a pivotal moment in your career. You may feel distant from institutions outside of higher education and research and companies, or even helpless to approach them. And yet, our activity as recruitment consultants and our studies show that you have real talents to bring to a wide variety of organizations, if you are proactive and prepared. By playing on a mirror effect where you will learn in turn to understand the challenges of your future recruiters and to better present yourself, this training offers you to use this understanding to imagine positions where you could bring added value and build your communication strategy.
